The queue at reception was too much for one receptionist there needs to be at least 2 active receptionists. Some staff were pleasant and helpful.

We did not wait long to be seen and the staff were very available and attentive and very polite and always kept us regularly updated with what was going on.

Friendly staff. Told going to ward but now bay as no beds! More prompt treatment initially; i.e visited seven oaks minor injury Saturday told just eye infection, nothing to worry about just bathe. GP Monday tried to get admission for IV to T/W ENT but refused and sent to Maidstone A and E - Ophthalmology then home. Infection got worse. Pain and temp etc resulting in final admission for stronger IV antibiotics Weds 16/1/19.
